The Authentisera method

A fixed spine.
An adaptive conversation.

The Six-Phase Framework guides meaningful transformation without pretending that every person, problem or engagement should unfold in the same way.

Why it exists

Movement begins with awareness, not activity.

Leaders are often encouraged to act quickly. Yet action built on an untested assumption can create speed in the wrong direction. Authentisera begins by slowing the thinking down enough to distinguish observation from interpretation, evidence from assumption and the stated problem from the problem that may actually require attention.

01

Awareness

Examine the observable data, selected evidence, meaning, assumptions and conclusions shaping the present view. The aim is not merely to understand the stated problem, but to test whether it is the right problem.

02

Intention

Define what the thinker is genuinely choosing to pursue and why it matters. Intention gives direction—and disruption often follows intention because committed movement challenges the existing pattern.

03

Decision

Move from preference to commitment. A sound decision is not a promise of certainty; it is a responsible judgement made from the best available evidence.

04

Discipline

Sustain the behaviours, boundaries and actions required after the energy of the decision has passed and disruption has arrived.

05

Recognition

Examine the evidence of movement. The thinker may not yet be where they want to be, but they are invited to recognise honestly that they are no longer where they began.

06

Celebration

Mark transformation deliberately and tangibly. Celebration consolidates learning, acknowledges the person who has emerged and creates a meaningful close—or a conscious new beginning.

What makes it different

Designed for thinking partnership, not performance theatre.

The coach may use reflective coaching, collaborative thinking and carefully bounded advisory contribution. The mode can change; the responsibility to serve the thinker does not.

Evidence before assumption

What do we actually know—and what have we added to what we know?

Challenge without domination

The coach does not manufacture an answer or force transformation.

Adaptation without drift

The conversation flexes while the six-phase spine preserves direction.
