Mauro Joaquim is a leadership coach, strategic thinking partner and transformation adviser. His coaching practice draws on more than 14 years of experience across organisational change, programme delivery, agile working and complex transformation.
He has worked inside demanding organisational environments where people interpret the same evidence differently, assumptions influence decisions and disruption tests commitment. That experience now sits at the heart of Authentisera.
